CIDSE is an independent think tank group founded in 2023 Guayaquil, Ecuador. ZEDE del Litoral hosts this center and promotes the creation and implementation of a National Innovation Strategy in Ecuador. It is formed by people from different academic and business backgrounds who share an interest in the country's development.
