The Hayek Institute is Austria's first organization to focus on the economic and socio-political thinking of F. A. v. Hayek and the Austrian School of Economics. Publications, international conferences, and other forms of communication promote the discussion of these ideas and their dissemination in their home country. The institute addresses primarily entrepreneurs and students, but also media, politics and the interested public. The Hayek Institute is politically independent.
