Fundación Eléutera is a free public policy think tank, that began operations in 2013, with the purpose of defending and promoting freedom in Honduras, both socially and economically. Eléutera seeks to reverse the tendency of weak institutions, towards institutions that respond to the needs of its residents, but primarily that allow individual growth and creativity, to strengthen the social fabric through the trust between individuals, which allows for the successful entrepreneurship.
