TicTac makes a general description of the Colombian higher education system and the challenges of the labor demand for professionals in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector. In the same vein, it addresses the role of ICT in the Colombian educational and labor system, through the diagnosis of access and use of ICT by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Finally, it analyzes the supply of digital training related to ICTs, both the free official offer and the current panorama of the supply of digital certificates offered by the main private firms in the sector. The fifth part analyzes different alternatives for the synergy process between the education sector, the State, and the business sector in Colombia. It ends in the sixth part with recommendations on how the chosen alliance should be implemented in practice.
