This blueprint aims to inform new European institutions on the state of innovation in three sectors (Digital, Healthcare, and Energy & Mobility). In addition, this report makes recommendations for the new European institutional cycle to promote a legislative framework that is competition- and innovation-friendly. This study is divided into three chapters: Towards the European Green Deal; Digital Transformation in Europe; and Taking Care of EU Health Policy.
