Networking in the second half. The scenarios of the European and Italian digital decade

On the occasion of the conference, the 13th edition of the I-Com report on New Generation Networks & Services 2021 will be presented ( at this link all the materials of the 2020 edition of the observatory).

The study will focus, in the first part, on the European context and will analyze, on the one hand, the main initiatives taken by the European institutions for the definition and updating of the current regulatory framework and, on the other, the degree of development of infrastructure telecommunication and the penetration of digital services in a logic of comparison aimed at identifying the degree of maturity reached by Italy. In the second part, however, the focus will shift to the national context with the aim of describing the investment and reform program outlined in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and the main regulatory and political initiatives implemented to promote the development of networks, digital infrastructures and services.
