Those are the key conclusions of The Green, Digital and Competitive SME Index (Beta), an interactive tool developed by the Lisbon Council and launched at Amazon Academy, the flagship annual gathering of entrepreneurs, policymakers, think tankers and digital aficionados from 27 European Union member states.
